Activities

Extra curricular activities stimulate a totally different part of a student's intellect and imagination. In order to bring our a fuller development of the child's personality, the academic curriculum is interspersed with these activities, particular care is taken to ensure that shy and diffident children participate in various inter house competitions which form an integral part of school life at Doon Public School Dholpur.

Our young pupils are endowed with an inexhaustible and immense energy. The sports arena in our school explores that energy and provides avenues for physical activities. The provision of these activities will present challenging outlets to the students & provide a balance to the academic curriculum. Our school has a sprawling playground where we engage the students in various games and sports so that they can maintain a fulfilling well balanced life. Activities coordinator and coaches train our students to bring out the sportsmanship in them and make them competent to participate at state and national level. 

Students of Doon Public School Dholpur have been segregated into 4 different houses-Gandhi, Raman, Milkha and Tagore. We expect our students to imbibe Gandhi's strengths and qualities, Dr. C. V. Raman's spirit of inquiry and devotion to success, Rabindranath Tagore's creativity and goodness and Milkha Singh's determination in their life. ​We hope that it will provide an atmosphere for multifaceted development, where children are encouraged to channelize their potential in the pursuit of excellence. 

Summer Camp is organized in the summer vacation and offers a host of activities for children. Educational excursions and outstation trips help children to gain confidence and greater lessons for life like sharing, caring, being independent, and management skills and know the world they live in.
