In collaboration with Educomp, we introduced Smart class technology in our school. Smart class is a comprehensive solution designed to assist teachers in meeting day to day classroom challenges and enhancing student's academic performance with simple, practical and meaningful use of technology. What might otherwise seem dull or monotonous with just textbook studies becomes bright, and captivating in the flash and animation movies, which re-affirm the concepts already taught in class. This makes the process of learning fun and also ensures the lasting impact on the tech-savvy minds of today's generation.

The school houses modern computer lab with a substantial number of computers equipped with the latest technology to ensure that the students keep abreast with the fast changing IT scenario. The application of IT in the educational sector has expanded the walls of the classrooms and created limitless opportunities for learning and growth through the web based technology. The computer labs add to this fervor of Information Technology. 

Doon Public School is the first of its kind in the city to be equipped with a full-fledged English Language lab. English is the most essential media for communication and Doonites learn to harness this communication skill with the most advanced emerging technology. The well-equipped lab trains the students to acquire a good command of the language for communication purposes, with clarity and accuracy being vital for effective and efficient communication. 

A well-equipped Mathematics Lab provides students with the opportunity to have fun with numbers and creates a challenging atmosphere for students to put their mathematical abilities to test and enhances their analytical reasoning and lateral thinking through various games and activities.

The school has an Art & Craft Lab intended to give children ample opportunity to experiment and express themselves with a wide range of ideas, materials, textures, colors and forms. 

The school is equipped with digital attendance management system. This system has built on cutting edge modern technology, which sends automatic SMS alerts to the Parents/Guardians when students enter in the school or go out from the school. It is basically designed to help Parents/Guardians to deal with problems of truancy/absenteeism of the students. 

We have set up well-equipped library dedicated to students of different age groups. Its extensive collections of books, journals, electronic media, including magazines in English and Hindi will focus on providing an excellent reference environment. The concept of this repository is centered on proving a nucleus for creativity, expression and expanding their horizons to develop essential analytical and independent learning skills.
